What we do

Obsidian matches your request to the member, registered motorcycle and GoCardless subscription.
We process cancellation of the membership contract and the recurring payment instruction, including any pending payment that can still be stopped.
We send written confirmation without undue delay. Our operational aim is normally within 24 hours.
Any statutory refund or proportionate charge is handled under the membership terms and applicable consumer law.

The Direct Debit Guarantee applies to errors in the collection of a Direct Debit. It does not by itself decide membership eligibility, service use or contractual refund rights.
